Standard Reinco Selfbuild Package
- Visit the site.
- Talk through the house plans.
- Take clients through insulation, airtightness, ventilation … and everything which pertains to energy efficient house.
- Visit will take 2.5 hours or more.
- E-mail report provided in approximately 3 days – with specifications, recommended products and, for problem areas, recommended installers.
- One off payment due at end of consultation.
- E-mail and phone support to the end of the project.
Reinco Assured
- An optional extra designed to ensure quality materials are expertly installed to maximise the long term efficiency of the house.
- Inspection and training package for top end self builders.
- Trades on site are trained on airtightness and how the various systems are integrated
- Site visit at agreed intervals to check that energy efficient issues within Reinco Report are followed.
Reinco Developer Package – for progressive developers.
- For energy efficient, eco friendly homes on a budget.
- Reinco will look at existing houses to access strengths and weakness of current practice.
- For an agreed extra budget per house (often £3500) Reinco will help the developer improve insulation, sound proofing, ventilation, heating efficiency…..to create an eco friendly, energy efficient house which will sell in quiet market.
- Package includes a presentation to estate agent to assist his staff sell the Eco houses.
- Where a developer engages Reinco to provide this package then there is an exclusion area within which Reinco will not provide this service to any other developer.
