  1. For energy efficient, eco friendly homes on a budget.
  2. Reinco will look at existing houses to access strengths and weakness of current practice.
  3. For an agreed budget Reinco will help the developer improve insulation, sound proofing, ventilation, heating efficiency…..to create an eco friendly, energy efficient house which will sell in a quiet market.
  4. Package includes a presentation to estate agent to assist his staff to sell the Eco houses.
  5. Where a developer engages Reinco to provide this package then there is an exclusion area within which Reinco will not provide this service to any other developer.
